What data do I collect?
I collect your name and your e-mail address when you book a session with us or when you fill the contact form.
When booking your session, you’ll share some information with the services that I use to schedule sessions and process payments (Acuity Scheduling and PayPal). From the scheduling service, I receive only the necessary data to assign you a time slot for your session: date and time. I don’t collect any payment information. Payments are processed via PayPal through Acuity Scheduling. You can read their privacy policies here and here, though I’m not responsible for their privacy policies.
In the case of recurring sessions, I keep notes of the content of previous sessions.
I don’t video-record online sessions. I’ll ask for the parent/carer permission to record a session in case I record it and the student is under 18 years of age. I’ll ask for the student permission if the student is 18 or more.
I don’t collect data from children under 13 years of age. My services are aimed at students who are at least 13 years of age.
How I use your data?
I keep the client’s e-mail address and name in order to be able to contact the client in case of cancellations or reschedulings. I also send additional worksheets or study guides via e-mail.
Occasionally, I’ll send information to the client about special offers, or new services.
I don’t share, sell, trade or rent your data with third parties.
I use the content of previous sessions to personalize the content of future sessions.
